• Corporations (Foreign and Domestic) - $15

• LLCs (Foreign and Domestic) - $15

• Non Profits, Cooperatives, and Religious Corporations - $15

Due Date: June 30th for all the above entities.

Late Fees: Kentucky doesn’t charge late fees for failing to file a Kentucky Annual Report; however, your business will be administratively dissolved or revoked if you miss the June 30th deadline.
