Domestic Corporations - $45 - 2.5 months after your fiscal year end.
Foreign Corporations - $200 - 2.5 months after your fiscal year end.
Domestic LLCs - $35 - 3 months after your fiscal year end.
Foreign LLCs - $140 - 3 months after your fiscal year end.
Non Profits, Cooperatives, and Religious Corporations - $20 - Between January 1 and April 1 every other year.
Domestic LLPs - $15 - Between January 1 and April 1.
Foreign LLPs - $100 - Between January 1 and April 1.
Late Fees:
The Vermont Secretary of State will assess your business a $25 penalty fee for failing to file an annual or biennial report.
In addition, you will lose your good standing status with the state.
